Short answer

Sunshine Party Rentals supplies tents, inflatables, games, tables, chairs and restrooms for township days, borough festivals, parks and recreation programs, fire department events and community celebrations. We serve primarily within a 60-mile radius of East Liverpool, Ohio; for large events, all of Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. We’re fully insured and fully inspected in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and we provide certificates of insurance on request.

Rental options

• Tents and seating: frame tents from 10′ x 20′ up to the 40′ x 120′ frame tent, and tent packages. A 40′ x 100′ tent provides 4,000 square feet, holding 300 to 571 guests depending on table layout and extras like a dance floor, stage or buffet.
• Attractions: obstacle courses, inflatable slides, bounce houses, combos
• Games and activities: interactive games, dunk tanks, foam parties
• Guest comfort: portable restrooms and hand-washing stations
• Large events: Large-scale event rentals across OH, PA and WV

Planning needs

• Site and surface: grass setups are staked; asphalt, concrete and closed streets need ballast (ballast fee applies).
• Power: each inflatable needs an outlet within 50 feet or a generator (ours, or one over 4,000 watts with at least a 15-amp outlet).
• Access: tell us about park access, gates, curbs and setup times. Park/venue setups can carry a fee.
• Paperwork: certificate of insurance (with additional insured on request). W-9 available on request.
• Weather: inflatables come down at sustained winds of 15 mph or gusts of 20 mph; Sunshine makes the final weather and safety call.

What affects your quote

Items and quantities, tent size and layout, event length and number of days, setup surface (stakes vs. ballast), delivery distance (flat distance bands from East Liverpool; orders over 100 miles have a $10,000 minimum), setup/teardown day (tents normally go up Thursday/Friday and come down Monday/Tuesday), and any venue fees.

Yes. We provide a certificate of insurance to anyone who asks and can add you as additional insured on request.

Do you have tents for large crowds?

Yes. Our frame tents go up to 40′ x 120′. A 40′ x 100′ tent gives 4,000 square feet for 300 to 571 guests depending on layout.

Can you set up on a closed street or parking lot?

Yes, with ballast instead of stakes. A ballast fee applies.

Do you serve events outside your local area?

We serve primarily within a 60-mile radius of East Liverpool, Ohio; for large events, all of Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Are your crews background-checked?

Yes. All Sunshine employees have passed the Pennsylvania child abuse background check and FBI fingerprint background checks.
