Party & Event Rentals in Beaver Falls, PA

Sunshine Party & Event Rental has been a regular in Beaver Falls for years. Whether it’s a backyard birthday on College Hill, an end-of-season team party near Moltrup’s ball fields or a church festival downtown, we deliver inflatables, tents, tables and chairs, linens, heaters and games, and we set them up. We’ve served Beaver County since 2017, and every rental is clean, inspected and insured.

Where we set up in Beaver Falls

Parks and ball fields. 37th Street Park has a playground, picnic tables and a wooden gazebo. The Moltrup’s fields on First Avenue are home to Beaver Falls Youth Baseball’s Little League and Pony League fields. Brady’s Run Park in nearby Brighton Township is a county favorite for big family reunions. (Check park and league rules for outside equipment.)

Schools. Big Beaver Falls Area School District (Central Elementary, Beaver Falls Middle School and the senior high school), Beaver County Christian School and Saint Monica Catholic Academy plan field days, carnivals and after-prom each spring. See our school carnival and field day rentals.

Geneva College and College Hill. Student groups, alumni events and graduation weekend open houses near Geneva College often need tents, tables, chairs and linens.

Churches. VBS, picnics and fall festivals at Beaver Falls churches. See church event rentals in Pennsylvania.

Team parties and youth league picnics

Beaver Falls bookings often follow the ball season. Coaches and team parents book a bounce house or combo plus giant games for an end-of-season party, and add a few tables and chairs for the cookout. For a whole-league picnic, an event package bundles everything.

Geneva graduation weekend

Geneva College’s commencement weekend and Big Beaver Falls grad parties overlap in spring, so College Hill tents and tables go early. Reserve this winter. See our graduation party rentals.

Church Christmas programs and winter fellowship

In winter, Beaver Falls churches and schools use our Christmas inflatables and snow globes for fellowship halls, gyms and Christmas programs. Tables, chairs and linens cover the dinner, and heater rentals are available for covered outdoor setups.

Close to our base, with easy second stops

Beaver Falls is a short drive from our base, about 16 miles (straight line) from East Liverpool, OH. That makes it easy to add a second stop in Chippewa or New Brighton on the same day. See our Pennsylvania party rentals and delivery area.

Booking a field or hilly yard

College Hill yards can be sloped, and ball fields have rules about stakes. On the quote form, tell us the surface and slope and whether you’re at a field, and we’ll confirm a setup that works.
