Hancock County is our closest West Virginia neighbor. Newell and Chester are only a few miles from our warehouse, just over the bridges. Since 2017, Sunshine Party & Event Rental has brought bounce houses, combos, obstacle courses, giant games, tables, chairs and linens to the northern tip of the Northern Panhandle. Every rental is clean, inspected and insured.
Chester is home to the roadside World’s Largest Teapot, and its neighborhoods sit right across the river from East Liverpool. That makes Chester an easy delivery for us. A combo and a few tables are a popular setup for a Chester birthday.
Newell runs along the river on Route 2, a few miles from our base. Families there book us for graduation parties, reunions and larger community events. When the guest list is big, we can plan tables, chairs, linens and several inflatables together. See our large-scale event rentals.
Tomlinson Run State Park covers 1,398 acres near New Manchester and has four picnic shelters you can reserve by the day (call the park at 304-564-3651). Ask the park about its rules for outside equipment before you book a shelter party with us.
Oak Glen High School in New Cumberland, home of the Golden Bears, is the northernmost high school in West Virginia. Hancock County PTAs, boosters and after-prom committees use us for field days and gym nights. See our school event rentals and after-prom rentals. For a cold-weather outdoor date, we can include a heater with your rentals.
A Chester birthday is often one combo and two tables. A New Cumberland reunion might add chairs for 60, linens and a giant game. A Newell community day can mean several inflatables, tables and games. Tell us the type of event, and we’ll build the order around your guest count and the ground at your site.
Spring river levels can soften low ground near the Ohio. If your yard or park sits low, we’ll talk through placement or an indoor backup before your date.

If you are taking measurements for a structure such as a building or fence, please provide the height of the structure here. If height does not apply to the wash, for instance for a gutter wash, leave this field empty. Please note if you enter a value here after taking measurements, you will need to take measurements again.
