Sunshine Party & Event Rental delivers tents, tables and chairs, linens, inflatables and games to Moon Township, Coraopolis and Crescent Township.
Planning a graduation party off University Boulevard, a church picnic in Coraopolis or a company event near the airport? Sunshine Party & Event Rental delivers tents, tables and chairs, linens, inflatables and games to Moon Township, Coraopolis and Crescent Township. We’ve been setting up events across western Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia since 2017, and every rental is clean, inspected and insured.
Park pavilions and big lawns. Moon Park (1350 Ewing Road) is part of a township parks system of more than 300 acres, with five picnic pavilions, ball fields and an amphitheater. That makes it a natural spot for reunions, team picnics and youth league parties. (Check Moon Parks & Recreation’s rules for outside equipment before you book.)
Robin Hill Park and the Robin Hill Center. Moon Township rents the Robin Hill Center for weddings, showers, graduation parties and birthdays. The township notes that indoor seating works best for 75 guests or fewer, and that larger groups can use an indoor/outdoor or fully outdoor setup. (Confirm with the township before bringing outside rentals.)
Schools and field days. Moon Area School District serves Moon and Crescent Townships, with Allard, Bon Meade, Brooks and McCormick elementary schools, a middle school and a high school. PTAs and booster clubs plan field days, carnivals and after-prom. See our school carnival and field day rentals.
Churches. VBS, festivals and picnics at Moon and Coraopolis churches. See church event rentals in Pennsylvania.
Companies near the airport. Moon is home to Robert Morris University and many corporate offices. See corporate event rentals.
The rental Moon customers ask about most is the one that fixes a space problem. When a guest list outgrows a pavilion or the Robin Hill Center’s indoor room, a tent with tables and chairs and linens adds the extra seating. A combo bounce house or giant games keep kids busy on the lawn while adults stay under cover. Event packages put the tent, seating and games in one quote.
Winter in Moon Township means company and campus events. Teams near the airport and student groups use Christmas inflatables and a walk-in snow globe as a photo spot at holiday parties. Tables, chairs and linens dress up a conference room or hall, and we also rent heaters for covered outdoor setups.
