Most events, big or small, start with a place to sit and a place to set the food. Since 2017, Sunshine Party & Event Rental has delivered tables and chairs to backyards, fire halls, church basements and school gyms across Pittsburgh, Beaver County and the Ohio Valley. You can book seating on its own, or add linens, tents, heaters and inflatables to the same quote. Every rental is clean, inspected and insured.
– 60-inch round tables: 5 feet across. A common choice for dinners, showers and wedding receptions, indoors or out. – 8-foot banquet tables: 96 by 30 inches and 30 inches high. Good for buffets, gift tables, registration and long family-style rows. – 6-foot wood banquet tables: a shorter option for tighter rooms. – 36-inch bistro cocktail tables: for mingling at office parties and cocktail hours. – 6-foot portable bar (white): a clean serving point for drinks or desserts.
These are working rental tables, so they can show a few scuffs. They look their best under a tablecloth, which is why most customers add linens or plastic banquet table rolls.
Our white poly plastic folding chairs have a powder-coated metal frame, work indoors and outdoors, and are rated up to 300 pounds. Black folding chairs are also available if they suit your colors better. Setup and teardown can be added per chair on the order, so you can decide whether to place them yourself or leave it to our crew.
Our linen rentals come in sizes cut for the tables we rent. Round cloths run from 90 to 132 inches, and banquet cloths include 60 by 120, 90 by 132 and 90 by 156 inches. Choose polyester for everyday events, or crush and satin when you want more texture or shine. Matching napkins are available too.
Start with your guest count, then decide how people will eat. A seated dinner needs a chair and a table spot for every guest. A grad party open house usually doesn’t, because guests come and go. Add a buffet table or two, a gift table and a dessert table, and measure your space so there’s room to walk between rows. If you’re unsure, tell us the room size and we’ll suggest a layout in your quote.
Outdoors, a frame tent from our tents, tables and chairs keeps sun and rain off the meal. On a cool evening, patio heaters are available. For kids, add a bounce house or giant games. Need a ready-made bundle? See our event packages.
