Pine Community Park

Pine Community Park on Pine Park Drive covers 105 acres and has two pavilions, fields, a fishing lake and the Pine Community Center. The 2027 outdoor pavilion season opens for booking on February 16, 2027. If you want a spring or summer Saturday, get on the township’s list early, then reserve your rentals with us.

Showers and small weddings at the Pine gazebo

The township also rents a gazebo at the Pine Community Center that’s popular for ceremonies and photos. We can supply chairs, tables and linens for a small reception nearby. Check the township’s rules for outside equipment first. See also our wedding rentals.

Backyard grad parties

Wexford grad parties often mean a long guest list and a backyard that needs seating. We usually pair round or banquet tables and chairs with a giant game or obstacle course for the younger crowd. See grad party rentals.

Neighborhood and HOA events

Wexford neighborhoods plan block parties and pool-opening days. We drop off, set up, and come back for pickup. Need some warmth for an evening in early spring? Add a heater when you request your quote.

What we bring to Wexford

Most Wexford quotes start with seating: banquet or round tables, chairs and linens for showers and grad parties. From there, families add a combo, an obstacle course or giant floor games so the kids have something to do while the adults visit. We also handle indoor winter parties in clubhouses and gyms, where inflatables can run when the weather won’t cooperate. Tell us the space, and we’ll check fit and ceiling height.

Pavilion dates and your rental date should line up, so confirm the space first. Book early for graduation season. Give us your date as soon as the pavilion or venue is set.
