Winter events in western Pennsylvania move indoors, into gyms, fellowship halls, office lobbies and community centers. Since 2017, Sunshine Party & Event Rental has brought inflatables, games, tables, chairs and linens to Pittsburgh, Beaver County and the towns between. Our winter lineup is built for those rooms: attractions that make a photo spot or keep kids busy, plus the seating that holds the whole event together. Every rental is clean, inspected and insured.
Our two Deluxe Snow Globes, one with a snowflake centerpiece and one with a snowman, give guests a place to step inside and take a holiday photo. Each globe measures 10 by 10 feet with a height of 14.5 feet, and fits four to six guests at a time. One trained operator comes with the rental to help guests in and out and watch the line.
The globe needs one dedicated 110-volt, 20-amp circuit within 50 feet. If your room or lot doesn’t have that, ask about adding a generator. Measure the ceiling before you book an indoor spot.
The Snowman Bounce House has a large bounce area with a basketball hoop inside, and holds up to six riders at a time. It’s 15 by 15 feet and 16 feet tall, so plan on a space of about 18 by 18 feet with 18 feet of clearance. Many gyms and halls can fit it; ask the building for its ceiling height first.
Frame games are a simple way to keep a line moving at a school night or company party. Our winter set includes Snowball Fight, The Big Freeze, Put the Nose on the Reindeer and Santa Claus Is Coming to Town. For younger guests, the Santa and Snowman Kiddie Strikers are low-key and easy to supervise. Browse everything in our winter rental items.
Most holiday events still come down to a good meal. We rent 60-inch round tables, 8-foot banquet tables, white and black folding chairs, 36-inch bistro cocktail tables and a 6-foot portable bar. Add linen rentals in polyester, crush or satin so rental tables look finished. See our tents, tables and chairs for the full list.
Holding a tree sale, a church market or an outdoor gathering? We can talk through tents, seating and cool-weather options for your space. Weather in December can change fast. Our published rain policy lets you reschedule a rental due to rain at no extra cost with 24 hours’ notice.
A fellowship hall Christmas dinner might be twelve round tables, chairs and linens. An office party often pairs a snow globe photo spot with cocktail tables. A school winter night can use the snowman bounce house, two frame games and a kiddie striker. Tell us the room, the guest count and the hours, and we’ll build a written quote around it.
