McKees Rocks and Robinson Township sit along the Ohio River and Steubenville Pike, a short hop from Moon and the airport corridor. Families here book big: reunions, graduation parties and company picnics with long guest lists. Sunshine Party & Event Rental has been delivering west of Pittsburgh since 2017 with inflatables, obstacle courses, giant games, tables, chairs and linens. All of it is clean, inspected and insured.
Robinson Township rents two shelters at Clever Park on Robinson Pool Drive. The Rotary Shelter holds up to 300 guests. The Bicentennial Shelter holds about 150. Bookings go through the township’s RecDesk portal, and setup and teardown have to fit inside the 10 AM–11 PM window. We plan our drop-off and pickup around those hours, so you don’t have to.
The Lions’ Shelter at the Burkett Sports Complex holds about 100 people and has fireplaces, which makes it a good fit for a cool-weather birthday. Groveton Shelter, off Lewis Avenue, sits next to Harry C. Story Field, so a team party can spill onto the grass. Book the shelter with the township first, then send us the location.
Sto-Rox School District rents its high school gym, upper elementary gym, cafeteria and stadium to outside groups. Requests need the district’s facility form and board approval. Once you’re approved, we can fill a gym with inflatables and games for a fun night or after-prom. See our school carnival rentals and after-prom ideas.
Robinson offices and businesses plan summer picnics and customer days. We set up tables, linens, giant games and inflatables for adults and kids. Learn more on our corporate events page. We can add a heater to the order for a chilly April or October shelter event.
We arrive inside the township window, stake or weight each inflatable on grass beside the shelter, and run cords to the outlets you have. Tables and chairs go under the roof first, so food service isn’t disrupted. At the end of the night, we pack up before the 11 PM cutoff.
