PLEASE READ BEFORE SELECTING CUSTOMER PICKUP
Pickup Days & Hours:
Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday | 10:00 a.m. β 2:00 p.m. ONLY
No early pickups. No late pickups. No exceptions.
Customers must bring their own help.
Sunshine Party & Event Rental does not load or unload customer vehicles.
Proper vehicles are required.
If you arrive without a suitable vehicle, your items will not be released and no refund will be issued.
You are responsible for setup and operation.
All equipment must be set up correctly and supervised by an adult age 18 or older at all times.
If you choose customer pickup (will call), hereβs what you need to know:
Pickups happen only between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Bring 2β3 adults for large or heavy items
Bring a truck, van, box truck, or trailer for inflatables
We do not help load or unload
You handle all setup, takedown, and supervision
Late returns or extended rentals increase the rental price
Return Schedule for One-Day Rentals:
Saturday pickup β Return Monday morning
Friday pickup β Return Saturday
Thursday pickup β Return Friday
Monday pickup β Return by Thursday

β Why Delivery & Setup Is Recommended
While customer pickup is available, professional delivery and setup is strongly recommended, especially for inflatables and larger equipment.
Delivery Includes:
β Proper transportation
β Safe, professional setup
β Correct anchoring and placement
β On-time pickup and removal
β Reduced risk of damage or injury
Delivery is the easiest, safest, and most stress-free option, especially for customers without trucks, trailers, or extra help.
