Sunshine Party Rental is not always able to accommodate last minute requests, but when we can,
CUSTOMER PICK-UP reservations made fewer than 5 days ahead may generate last-minute scheduling fees starting at $20.
Orders less than $75 are subject to a $10 processing fee.

Vehicle Size Recommendations for Customer Pickup
To ensure a smooth and safe customer pickup experience, it is important to arrive with a vehicle that is appropriate for the items you are renting. The following vehicle recommendations are general guidelines only. Please consider the quantity, size, and weight of your rental items when planning your pickup.
Standard Bounce Houses
A pickup truck, cargo van, trailer, or box truck is required. Bounce houses will not fit in a small SUV, car trunk, or backseat. Inflatables can weigh between 200–500 lbs, and we strongly recommend bringing at least one helper.
Inflatable Slides & Large Inflatables
Inflatable slides, obstacle courses, and larger inflatables are not available for customer pickup and must be delivered by Sunshine Party Rental.
Inflatable Games
Most inflatable games require a pickup truck, cargo van, trailer, or box truck. Smaller games may fit in larger vehicles, but weight and size should always be considered. When in doubt, bring a truck or trailer.
Concession Machines & Spin Art
Medium to large cars, SUVs, or vans typically work well. These items usually fit in most trunks or backseats, depending on the model.
Tables & Chairs
Chairs, folding tables, and large games generally require a pickup truck, trailer, or box truck.
Most table and chair orders will not fit in an SUV.
Larger quantities should always be transported in a truck or trailer.
60-Inch Round Tables
A pickup truck, trailer, or box truck is required. These tables will not fit in an SUV, van, or cargo van.
6-Foot, 8-Foot, and Cocktail Tables
Small quantities (approximately a dozen or fewer) may fit in a large SUV. Larger orders will require a pickup truck, cargo van, trailer, or box truck. A helper is strongly recommended.
Dunk Tanks
Requires a vehicle equipped with:
A tow bar
A 2-inch ball hitch
A 4-prong flat wiring harness for lights
Important Note:
We highly recommend bringing a pickup truck whenever possible. Inventory availability may require substitutions, and larger tables may be issued if smaller tables are unavailable.
